SHIPPING FEE

European Union
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination country.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over €200.
- Orders below €200 are charged at checkout based on the destination.
Outside the EU
- Standard shipping is free on orders over €300.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees.

TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

- Orders within the European Union (EU)

For customers within the European Union, prices displayed on our Website include applicable VAT where required by law. Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.

- Orders outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

- Customs Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, which are outside our control. Delivery estimates do not include any delays caused by customs processing.

SOMNI GLASS is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME

Every SOMNI piece is individually handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Important: If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
