All products are handcrafted borosilicate glass jewellery.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in colour, size, shape, texture, air bubbles, or other natural characteristics may occur. These variations are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:
- unworn;
- in their original condition;
- returned with their original packaging.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@somniglass.com.
Please include:

- photographs of the item and packaging;
- a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund at no additional cost to you.
